KASSREEAL ALFI'S 18TH BIRTHDAY BASH
Hello peeps!
Kassreeal Alfi will be turning 18 this
yr and we are pleased to announce the
details of Kassreeal's Birthday Bash!
Let's unite and celebrate Kassreeal's
18th birthday with a difference!
BASH DETAILS
Dress code: Casual / Formal
Colour code: Green or/and White
Day/date: Sunday, 4th November 2007
Time: 3pm - 7pm
Venue: East (venue will be disclosed
on ticket)
Ticket price: $10 per ticket
(inclusive of door gifts & high tea)
1) REGISTRATION DETAILS
Email your registration at

following details:

NRIC Number:
Address:
Contact Number:
Number of tickets:
Name of ticket holder:
Preferred mode of payment: (select
cash, or atm transfer)
Note that if response is overwhelming,
tickets will be limited to 2 per
person.
Only registration with complete
details will be accepted.
Deadline for registration is on 21st
September 2007 (Fri), 2359hrs.
2) PAYMENT OF TICKET
Within 1-2 days, you will receive a
confirmation email confirming your
registration of tickets and the
account number for the payment to be
transferred to.
Payment mode: ATM Transfer or Cash
Payment either by atm or cash(at our
convenience) must reach us by 30th
September 2007 (Sun), 2359hrs.
We will collect your birthday wishes
on the same date as the cash payment.
(The birthday wishes are to be done on
a half of any A4 paper(15cm by 21cm)
which we will bind them and present to
Kassreeal as a book)..
3) COLLECTION OF TICKETS
Tickets can be collected 1 week before
the birthday bash. We will provide you
with more details on the collection of
tickets. The original birthday bash
ticket must be presented for admission
to the party.)
